the veritable veteran podcast
Welcome to The Veritable Veteran Podcast. I created this podcast for veterans—and the people who love them—to finally have the honest conversations we don’t usually hear out loud.
When I left the military, I thought I’d just be stepping into a new chapter. What I didn’t expect was the wave of emotions, identity confusion, and loss of purpose that came with it. I found myself wrestling with questions I didn’t know how to ask and feelings I didn’t know how to express. And I realized I wasn’t the only one.
This podcast is where we put words to those thoughts, where we break down the lies we tell ourselves and speak truth into the hard parts of life after service. Every week, I sit down with veterans, family members, and experts to talk about the real stuff—mental health, relationships, faith, finding purpose again, and everything in between.
It’s raw. It’s vulnerable. And it’s not just for veterans—it’s for spouses, friends, and anyone who wants to understand what this journey is really like.
If you’ve ever felt alone in the struggle, like no one gets it, or like you’ve lost who you are . . . you are in the right place. You’re not broken. You’re not weak. And you’re definitely not alone.
Let’s walk this road together.
New episodes weekly. You can find “The Veritable Veteran Podcast” on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, or wherever you listen.
